Wading in Wildflowers; a Mommy & Me Photography Session at Seven Islands State Birding Park by Sweetest Moments Photography
Seven Islands State Birding Park had such a beautiful patch of wildflowers this year and I'm so thankful I got to go and experience it first-hand with this sweet mom and her daughter. It has been about two years since I last had a session at Seven Islands State Birding Park (you can see the old images below) right outside Knoxville, TN and I couldn't have loved it more. Seven Islands State Birding Park is absolutely beautiful in the evenings about 1.5hrs before sunset!
Although the flower field blooms in the mid summer and unfortunately isn't there throughout the whole year, the rolling hills of tall grass, abundance of wildlife, and the rustic take on the barn that stays year round makes up for it!
Seven Islands makes for a perfectly simple location especially for those who are coming from further East or for those who want to venture somewhere new! At Seven Islands State Birding Park there is so much beauty within footsteps of the parking lot!
Tangent- Let's talk about growth for a minute. The wildflower photos are from this Summer of 2020, and the other photos below are from Summer of 2018! So thankful for the families that keep coming back to me from when I first started my business and for all the education and growth that I've seen in my images!
