MEET ANNIKA
Miss Annika Grace is the cutest little thing! It was so much fun seeing her and her family again for her 3 month milestone session at The Bleak House in Knoxville, TN. I know the fear of the February cold scares families away when it comes to photography sessions, but it shouldn't! Even though I love milestone sessions either in-home or outdoors, using The Bleak House was a perfect alternative since it was super cold, like 24°, when we met Saturday morning. We weren't going to let cold weather stop us from capturing all 3 months of newness to the world! Baby hair, big bows, baby feet, tummy time, growing in mom's arms, all of these things are SO important. I can't believe it has already been three months since I met Annika for the first time for her in-home lifestyle newborn session back in November. Y'all, time goes by so fast! We can say that a million times, but if we don't stop and capture what is happening when it is happening we won't be able to relive all these short-lived memories through photographs. Don't let the fear of the cold keep you from documenting these important milestones! Being able to watch your kids and your family grow up and grow bigger is seriously one of my most favorite parts of my job! It is such an honor to work with each and every family and to be able to capture all of these important milestones that are so special, yet so sweet that are being made on the daily!
