Milestone Photography Session at Stanley's Greenhouse in Knoxville, TN
I'm a little late getting her six month milestone session up on the blog but here it is! Meet sweet Annika Grace and her super smiley six month old self! Wow, now try to say that three times fast. HA! Anyways, we had Annika's milestone session this spring at Stanley's Greenhouse. This is my second time going to Stanley's Greenhouse and I'm always impressed everytime I go. The staff is so friendly and they're so welcoming for me to bring families to take pictures there, plus they always have an impressive array of beautiful flowers, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go there!
One thing about it, Hannah (Annika's mom), is always down to try something new! I feel like sometimes it is hard to step of of the traditional places to take photos but Hannah is always up for new suggestions (which always makes my heart super happy) and she had requested a location where flowers were in bloom to set the tone for Annika's milestone session. With Knoxville, TN weather and the intense heat that happens so suddenly, the beginning of June can be hard to find a location with beautiful spring flowers so we decided to go to Stanley's because we knew no matter the weather that they would be the perfect place to go.
On a serious note, have you ever seen such a smiley six month old baby!? Everytime that I get to photograph Annika, I'm always amazed by how much she has grown in both her personality, reaching her milestones, and how fast the time is flying between her sessions! We literally put her in the middle of all these flowers and she just looked around and smiled the whole time! Let's just say she made my job super duper easy that day.
I know that I have mentioned time and time again the importance of booking milestone sessions. I won't get into a ton of detail about them because you can read all that on my previous post, "Do You Really Need To Book Milestone Sessions?", but I feel like with how much your little one grows and how fast it happens, being able to look back and remember all the details of when they were that little gives you a little glimpse back in time to relive those sweetest moments that you won't get back!
